Bonnie Nixon

Bonnie's passion is people and organizations. With a strong background in public sector human resources, Bonnie has extensive experience in course design and organizational development.  She is a seasoned facilitator who has lead a number of strategic planning sessions that have achieved measurable and positive outcomes for her clients. Bonnie's accomplishments include:

  • She facilitated a prairie farm leader group that was known for conflict and, for the first time in their history, lead them to a consensus.

  • Created tools for a public sector organization that improved its employee satisfaction rating by over 20% in just one year.

  • Lead a team of HR and OD events and interventions to create a number of positive client outcomes. 


  • Bonnie is particularly skilled in organizational development initiatives, organizational culture, employee engagement, human resource planning, and employee survey follow-up. She is an active member in the International Personnel Management Association (IPMA) with positions at the national and local Chapter levels and work on national conferences. Bonnie is experienced at working closely with executive committees and staff representatives to find effective workplace interventions that lead to sustainable solutions.  Bonnie is currently writing a book on “recovery” and is keenly interested in workplace health, balance, and return to work initiatives.
