This two day interactive workshop is specifically designed as a retreat to give individuals the tools to lead, solve problems and, bond with others. Designed for community groups where volunteers are committing time and resources to strengthen their community, this program will give participants the tools to work together effectively and create a strong, innovative team that is committed to helping build both the organization and community.

• Communicate in way that influences and builds on each other.


• Deal with differing personalities in the group


• Identify the real obstacles that stop individuals, teams and organizations
